I believe in the power of movement as part of a holistic approach to health. I believe in the power of education. I believe in the power of community and I believe in the power of women. The aim of this studio is to share and promote all of these.

“Cathy is an extremely knowledable teacher. She helped me a few months after birth/ pregnancy with exercises focused on my pelvic area, which very effectively resolved my pain and discomfort. I really felt that Cathy better addressed this specific issue than my GP, and her exercises were spot on. She knows so well the female body, the effects of pregnancy and labour, and looks at the full picture of all connected body parts.
Furthermore Cathy's Pilates is a great way to start building up strength again in the muscle groups affected by birth and pregnancy. Her exercises feel effective and safe. She knows what you should and shouldn't do while your body is recovering. ”
